Our sales team will calculate your total cost, including food and shipping, and send a detailed quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
3. Order Prep & Shipping
Once approved, we’ll assign or build a pallet and coordinate shipping to ensure timely delivery.
4. Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
5. Delivery
Your order arrives at your chosen location, on time and in top condition.

Referrals
We appreciate the community that revolves around Inukshuk Professional Dog Food. We offer a credit to those who refer members of their community to our food. This credit can only be applied once for every new client referred. If someone your refer purchases a full pallet, you receive a $200 credit towards your next purchase.

No. If ordering by the pallet, you can mix the pallet with a combination of formulas.

An unopened bag of Inukshuk 26/16, 30/25, and 32/32 have a shelf-life of 24 months, and an unopened bag of Marine 26/16 and Marine 30/25 have a shelf-life of 18 months. However, we recommend you feed it as fresh as possible.
How? Our bags are foil-lined, UV resistant and contain a one-way air valve to help keep oxygen out of the bag. These features are key to keeping the food as fresh as possible.
Once opened, we recommend the food be kept in its original packaging. For storing, remove as much of the air removed as possible and reseal using a clip, elastic, or similar item.

A pallet of 26/16, 30/25, Marine 16 and Marine 25 consists of 65 bags. Each of these formulas weight 33lbs per bag.
A pallet of 32/32 consists of 50 bags. This is due to 32/32 weighing 44lbs per bag.

Our team will work with different shipping companies to find the best option, based on delivery address, and specific delivery related requests. This will be outlined in the quote. Once approved, our team will book the shipment and you will receive a tracking number from us.

We have four locations that are stocked with our food.
All shipments for the lower 48 states come from Bangor, Maine. Alaska has two pickup options, being Anchorage, and Fairbanks.
Orders placed in Eastern Canada will be shipped from Fredericton, New Brunswick. Orders placed in Western Canada will be shipped from Edmonton, Alberta.

Pallets will take between 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Our team will send a tracking number once generated, and shipping updates will be sent to your preferred email.
